One of our group members has an experience of working at book store
and based on information it does not have a proper database system
that helps organized information
The plus point of this database that helps the university bookstore:
* Organizes the book according to the Majors
* Reports on which employee sold or rented which book
*Contains data about late return penalties.
*Students information about who rented which book accordingly
*It also has a report letting you know which books are available for
shippinh.
Provide database to University Bookstore
Planning on creating a database to reduce
time consumption
Create a website for customer convenience
Prospect customers are the university
student
Provide information regarding prices,
availability in which store
Help in filtration of books according to their
genre, course types, price range, used/new
items
Employees can track the student names,
mailing address, e-mail address
The database easy user friendly.
When you open the database the Main Menu will pop up telling you everthing.
It will have buttons that will take you to reports and forms.
It also has a help information button where you can obtain what you can do if
you are stuck with a problem.
There is an exit button which will help you close the whole database.
NOW WE WILL SHOW YOU HOW IT WORKS
A framework for our database and be
valuable for bookstores to have such
information systems which will help them
increase their store’s value.
Database that we created will affect
positively to both customers and bookstore.
