Running the application
2. Then, click the all programs section
1. First click the start button which
is located on the bottom of your
screen
3. Go to the Microsoft office
section and find Microsoft
office access there
Making a new database
1. Click the ‘new’ button on the top left of your screen
2. then, click the ‘blank database’ button
3. Name your
database and
then click ‘create’
Making table
2. then, click the ‘create
table in design view
1. Chose the ‘Tables’ options
3. Enter the Field Name and Data Type like shown above. And set the ‘No’ as a
primary key
4. Quit and click save
Making Queries
2.Cick add
1. Click Table1 (or your
table name)
3. Manage your table based on whatever order you want.
Making Form
1. Enter the Forms section, and click
the ‘Create form by using wizard.’
2.Click this button to
select all fields to the
selected field section.
3. Then, click next.
4. Chose the layout format
that you like.
5.Then, click next.
6. Pick whatever style you
like.
7. Then, click next.
8.Insert form name here
9.Then, click finish
10. Now you can insert data in your query
Making reports
2. Use wizard to create the
report
1. Enter the report section
3. Click this button to move
all fields to the ‘Selected field
section’
4. Then, click next
5. Keep clicking next until you
reach this part
6. Click the ‘Finish’ Button
7. And the result will be like
this.
