Why the workshop?
The aim of this workshop is to advance action and awareness on
climate change adaptation in the Baltic Sea Region.
It will address problems and priorities in integrating adaptation
measures at local (1) and Baltic/transnational levels (2).
A participatory approach is proposed, involving decision-makers,
planners and researchers from the Baltic Sea Region.
The results of this workshop will be used to develop policy
recommendations for the Baltic Sea Region under the INTERREG
IIIB ASTRA project.
