What we want...
To defend the human and civil rights of the
young people in Bulgaria.
To work for the full-valued realisation of the
young people within the society and for their
recognition as an engine of the social and
economic progress.
To support the disadvantaged young people,
the marginalised and excluded from the
society groups and individuals.
What we want...
To work for the abolition of any
discrimination of social groups or individuals
regarding age, sex, religion, material
condition, origin etc. in order to build a
democratic, tolerant and joint society.
To support the European integration and the
approval of the European democratic and
social values in Bulgaria.
We managed...
To organise several major activities like the
Child Mornings and the annual Summer Camps
on the Black Sea as well as many smaller
actions;
To create a data base for different
foundations and associations - national and
foreign - that have close to our object of
activity;
We managed...
To establish our first international contacts
during the Training Course of the CE in
Moldova (’99) and the Training Course on the
European Voluntary Service in Budapest (’01)
and the IFM – SEI Study Session “How to
get an active democratic involvement of
young people in S-E and East European
Countries” in Strasbourg (’02);
We managed...
To establish good relations with many youth
organisations in Bulgaria as well as to
participate in the work of the National Youth
Council and to become its associated
member;
To start a broad programme of trainings for
our members “How to prepare a youth
project?”
We plan...
To organize a Round Table discussion on the
current situation of the young people in the
rural areas;
To realize a project Developing the Youth
Co-operation in the Black Sea Region (Youth
Programme/Youth for Europe);
To start a long-term project concerning the
drug addictions, in co-operation with
organizations from the neighboring
countries;
We plan...
To organize a meeting of youth organizations
of the Bulgarian minorities/communities
abroad (Moldova, Ukraine, Serbia and
others) in Sofia;
To encourage the activity of our local
structures on a long-term basis;
To develop our international work in
cooperation with IFM-SEI, related to UE
membership.
