staffs. At the same time, the pool of qualified candidates seems to be
steadily shrinking.

How do you attract a new generation of qualified workers? Who are they?

Know who they are:
1. They are ages 11-30 years
2. They grew up with PC’s, MTV, ESPN, the Internet and Reality TV
3. They have IPOD’s and other downloadable, sharing devices
4. They are our children, our siblings children, our neighbors children
5. They wear cool clothing, like jeans and Tee Shirts, not Suits
6. They are advertised to with great success
7. They must communicate wherever they are not just in an office
8. They want quick fixes and less Red Tape
9. They believe the world is a community
10. They want to meet and live in that world without boundaries

Market to them via web ad’s and media ad’s, make government cool!
