Networking: the 27 municipalities part of
AFOL Sud Milano, schools and training
centers of the area, youth centers,
Community centers, Province of Milan,
Chamber of Commerce, Trade Unions,
Social Service districts, representatives of
undertakings,enterprises,social cooperatives,
associations, etc.

When do we carry out this process: we
disseminate our activities constantly in our
daily work. At the beginning and at the end of
each project we commonly organize
promotion and dissemination events.

addressee of this diffusion process:
training given, schedules, recreational
activities (concerts, trips, visits, theatres,

italian, according to activities and

learners HAVE TO attend courses if they
want to receive public welfare payments

Methods to promote participation:
personalization, self directed learning,
innovative way of teaching (theatre,
cinema, etc), self biographical methodoly
to valorize personal skills

How do we check achievements: through
questionnaries, final tests, customer

No LLL course is funded directly by R.L. to
educational organizations
A virtual dowry is given to the “would be”
student who spends it where he/she finds the
best offer for him/her

Every interested person has to enter a “process”

Every person who needs to be supported to find
a new job, has to enter a “process”

Guidance /counselling– first interviews where
the basic needs and goals are defined
Competence check and evaluation - The “dowry”
process finds out what’s missing in order to
reach the goals (or getting closer to them)
According to his/her need the person can start a
coaching experience or start a course

Courses can be either chosen from a very large
depository of “traditional Courses” (especially
vocational)
Or they can be personalized activities (geared to
1 to 3 people). In this case they are considered
part of the coaching experience, and they are
aimed at supporting the student so that he/she
can reach his/her goal
