Textual Summary
The Naval ROTC consists of people, who can be split
into students, staff and alumni. People receive
publications (which our database will make labels for),
which students are in charge of and which also are
NROTC expenditures.
Students declare Chits (requests), receive grades, earn
PT scores and are responsible for uniform items.
Students make payments to the ROTC and receive
stipends. Each student has a rank, which form a nonlinear hierarchy.
Alumni often donate money to the NROTC.

Textual Summary (Continued)
The NROTC holds events at times and
locations. These events use supplies and their
costs show up as expenditures. A person is in
charge of events. A key feature of our database
will be tracking who attends events.
Supplies can be broken down into Military and
Recreational. Someone is in charge of them and
they are checked out by people. They also show
up as expenditures.
