Marketing is a fantastic field of business
because there are numerous amount of
jobs that fit under the label “marketing”
 The amount of topics that we have
covered this year can give you an idea
of the amount of jobs there are in the
marketing field


Large businesses will have one person
dedicated to each marketing activity
 In small businesses these are done by
one or two individuals


I want you to brainstorm as many
possible jobs in marketing that you can
think of
 On your own or with a partner –
brainstorm (on a blank piece of paper)
as many marketing jobs as you can
think of
 Think about the different facets of
marketing that we have covered thus far
in the semester


 Your group is responsible to attempt to find

 Collect all information
on a Word Document

 You are in grade 11 or 12 and it is definitely
time to start thinking post-secondary
 With the same group
 Research one college program that will
prepare you for a career in marketing

 Each group is responsible for two programs
for tomorrow
