Description
The Quick Serve Restaurant Management Individual
Series Event consists of a 100-question, multiplechoice comprehensive exam and role-plays.
The role-play portion of the event requires
participants to accomplish a task by translating what
they have learned into effective, efficient, and
spontaneous action.

Description
The five performance indicators specify the distinct
tasks the participant must accomplish during the
role-play.
Students have ten minutes to prepare their strategy
and ten minutes to explain it to the judge.
The judge can ask questions during or after the
presentation.

Scenario
You must also develop an advertising campaign that
shows how Burger Barn is helping to fight obesity by
giving customers more healthy choices.
The advertising campaign must give young people
incentives for making healthy diet choices.
Also, Burger Barn must become active in the
community to promote physical fitness.
You must determine an event for Burger Barn to
sponsor that confirms its commitment.
