About the project
• Title: "Livestock and climate change - The key
role of small-scale livestock farmers"
• Implemented by: Agronomes et Vétérinaires
Sans Frontières
• EU contribution: 720,131.00 EUR
• Implementation period: 2011-2013
Overall objectives of the project
 making small scale livestock farming recognised
as a key for helping the adaptation of vulnerable
populations to climate change;
 generating awareness about the difference
between small scale and intensive livestock
farming, and their impacts
