Certainly you know…
…where Sydney is, but do you know where exactly Kuranda, Tjapukai, Beerwah
or Wollongong are?
I´m going to tell you something about these places.

Let‘s start about Sydney…

A lot of things…
Sydney Opera House
A lot of places…

Lunapark
In Sydney is very famous building Sydney Opera House.
It was completed and opened in 1973. The architect of
Opera House is Dane Jørn Utzon.

The next stop is in the city Wollongong situated near
Sydney. There is the biggest Buddhist temple in
Australia called Nan Tien temple.

And now let‘s go to the north from Sydney- Queensland

Beerwah is the small town and there is a big Australian
ZOO!!!
It is owned by Terri Irwin, the widow of Stave Irwin.
 A lot of animals,
 a lot of nature,
 a lot of attractions!!!!
They took over management of the zoo in 1992. And
after that the zoo burst into action.
The oldest crocodile‘s
born in 1930!

Aaand ….. we are near Cairns!
Two places in one day…
The first place is KURANDA!
Kuranda is a town on the top of Atherton Tableland in Far North
Queensland. It is located 330 metres AHD, 25 kilometres from
Cairns. It is a town of 650 people and is surrounded by
rainforest.

The second place near Cairns and the last place
in my project is Tjapukai
There are the Tjapukai people. The group of
Australian Aborigines.
They‘re people, who want to show their
culture to tourists.
