• The radio was invented in 1879,

A piece of Lead galena and cat whisker was use to find the radio signal.

All supplies cost 6 dollars.
Edwin Armstrong tried to improve the radio.

• KDKA, East Pittsburg was the first radio license
ever issued on October 27, 1920.
• Began broadcasting on November 2, 1920
