Web age: Anybody can put anything on
the web at any time!
Positive: easy and free to speak.
Negative: easy and free to make mistakes.
Presumed “guilty”.
Always check who publishes the web.
Always check contact information.
General Strategy –reading & surfing
Web Surfing can be time consuming
and frustrating.
Reading helps surfing.
Know the Jargons- some examples:
• Non tariff barriers (WTO), but measures having
equivalent effect to quantitative restrictions
(EU).
• Antitrust (U.S), but Competition Law (EU).
