Start Your (Metabolism) Engine!
Good food is an extremely important part of any fat loss diet.
Great food makes the diet even easier! The food you eat is actually
going to power your fat loss. I have put together a list of 30
“super” foods are the leaders of the 'healthy food‘ kingdom (if it
were top exist). Aside from helping you get popping six pack abs,
they will lead to a major improvement in your overall health!
The 30 foods I came up with for you should be
main inclusions (obviously not all at once) to
your meal/snack plan. These foods have
strong makeups of phytochemicals, vitamins,
E.F.A.s (essential fatty acids), amino acids,
fiber, and more!
This list has one underlying purpose which is
to turbo charge your diet, especially if you are
striking out on a six pack abs diet! I hope
you’re eating a solid amount of these already,
if not you will be.
There are 5 specific groups I will be hitting on.
They are the fast acting and non starchy
carbohydrates (simple and complex)
carbohydrates), Fats, Proteins and “Outsiders”
(nutritional powerhouses without a main
