organism they are also important.
They are in fruit and vegetables.
Their deficiency in food evokes
classical disorder and can cause
also death.
Tips for a healthy diet:
1) Eat less fat.
2) Cook in vegetable oil.
3) Buy chicken and fish meat.
4) Try low-fat snacks that have been baked
instead of fried
5) Choose low-fat dairy products and low-fat
cheese, yoghurt and margarine.
6) Try to limit the amount of sweets you eat.
7) Eat no more than 4 eggs a week
8) Eat fewer "fast food" (burgers, fried
foods), which are high in fat. The best is
not to eat them at all.
9) Eat more fruit, vegetables and
carbohydrates (rice, pasta, bread, grains).
10) Drink low-calorie drinks, such as
unsweetened tea or diet soda
