When will MARs print?
a. Pharmacy automatically prints Computer Generated MARs on all admitted patients when Downtime is called
b. Printed MARs come from the central Pharmacy so do not call your satellite Pharmacy but expect it to take up to
30 min for them to print after a DT is called
Where do they print?
a. VUH: On each unit except Newborn Nursery prints on 4E
b. VCH:


6, 7, 8 prints to B pods
PICU and NICU prints to main desk
How to find what’s been given and documented electronically
a. StarPanel… Actions Menu…. MAR

a. Print Downtime MAR from edocs (also in DT kits) and hand write current meds
