the 11th five-year plan covering growth,
economic structure, population, resources,
environment and public services
GDP grow at 7.5% each year
The energy consumption per unit GDP
decrease by 20% within next five year
The main pollution decrease by 10% within
the next five year
Different indicators will be enforced by
different measures

1. Maintaining relatively rapid economic growth
2. Building new socialist countryside by enhancing
rural development and improving public services in
the rural areas so as to narrow rural-urban gap and
further reduce the rural poverties.
3.Adjust the industrial structures so as to improve
competitiveness and spatial allocation
4.Enhance service sectors so as to improve service
quality and increase service employment
5.Coordinate regional development so as to narrow
regional disparity and improve the balance of
allocation of population, economies and resources
