Summary
 Wireless LAN
 Convergence 통신망 서비스에서 최종단 접속 기술로 사용증가 전망
 무선LAN이 별도의 통신 서비스로 지속 되지는 않을 전망이며,
convergence 통신망의 종단 접속망으로 활용되어질 전망
 PC, Notebook, PDA, Phone, PMP등 다양한 단말기에 기본장착 될전망이며,
이는 단말사의 고객 다원화 혹은 통신화를 통한 이용자 증대 목적에 부합.
 통신사의 입장에서는 무선LAN은 단순한 기술로 사용하는 것이 바람직하며,
이를 위해서는 인증, 과금, 보안 등의 intelligence기능은 통신망과 단말기에
위치하는것이 바람직

 초고속망은 신인증 시스템으로 전화하여, intelligence기능을 망내 위치하고
있으면, 이를 통하여 access망의 유무선 구분없이 선인증, 후접속
 BcN의 최종 접속망으로 Wireless LAN적용시 다양한 단말및 서비스 추가가능
 표준화
 무선LAN자체에 대한 연구보다는, 전체적인 망구조 표준과 사업모델에 기반한
무선LAN활용 연구가 필요
