controller, and senior consultant
Escalation to flow controller after 20
minutes. If no flow controller continue to
queue to Senior Consultant and hub
controller
Clinical Instability Criteria entered
notification for when patient outside
threshholds for Clinical Instability Criteria:
Temp: Below <35 or >38
Pulse: <50 or >120
Systolic: <90 or >200
Respiratory Rate: <10 or >30
SaO2: <90%
Automatic notification to Treating Doctor
escalation to Senior Doctor and Flow

assigned by senior consultant
Escalation to flow controller after 20
minutes. If no flow controller continue to
queue to Senior Consultant
Results Ready Notification
Change results notifications to go to doctor
assigned or senior consultant if not
assigned, in addition to flow coordinator
currently receiving them.
