Problem
Older adults migrate to Arizona to get away from
colder climates. In doing so they may leave behind:

Medical records
Familiar doctors
Vital documents
Comfort of local healthcare
SNAP Health was built to address the issue of lack of web-based health
resources for travelling older adults, our team has developed a web
application that seeks to:
Create a single place to make quick medical decisions and get access to health
information in a SNAP.
