Understand human behavior in organizations through an analysis of theories
and real life cases;

Case Quizzes – 10 points. Conducted at the beginning of each
class. Based on the facts of the case. Will drop lowest score
Case Discussions – Led by teams. Teams will generate a class
discussion. Identify important issues in case and provide
recommendations.
