As a database DBA or developer you know that

DB Difference Expert is the tool that you can use to
compare:
• Individual database objects
• Database schemas
• Entire databases including objects, schemas, logical
and physical design, users and profiles, instance
parameters, etc...
Compared databases, schemas, or objects can reside on
the same or different Oracle servers.
Difference Wizard guides through the entire
comparison process.
The comparison engine performs in depth
analysis based on the information you supplied
while answering Difference Wizard questions.
For your convenience, the results of comparison are
presented in 3 different forms:
• Explorer style tree-view with drill-down options
• SQL code template for synchronization of found
changes
• Comparison report optimized for printing
Any comparison view and report can be printed, including
tree-views and code templates.

Database change analysis
• DB Difference Expert creates and maintains the
central repository for storing definitions of compared
items. Every time you compare databases, schemas
or objects, DB Difference Expert adds their current
definitions to the repository. These “point-in-time”
snapshots stored in the repository allow you to use
DB Difference Expert for tracking object and database
changes over a period of time.

different versions of objects previously saved in the
repository.
