HOW YOU CAN HELP!

Encourage your children to discuss their learning, what
they have enjoyed or found challenging.

Listen to your child read daily and ask them to spot or
identify the curriculum relevant vocabulary or
punctuation.

Encourage them to discuss the alternative graphemes
and exception words.

If you have the time, and your child is willing, practise
spellings as part of sentence dictation, using the words in
context.

If you have a question please talk us so that we can work
in partnership to support your child’s learning.
+
 If
you would like to book an individual
meeting or have any questions please
come and ask your child’s class teacher.
 Thank
you for coming.
