Your Mission: Create a suspense - filled short story!
But this is no ordinary story. It must include Word
Referents (IT), Story Questions, Red Flag Words, and
it must use the Magic Of 3 at some point.
Remember well the following advice young student before venturing forth along
the path that leads to thrills, spills and shrill squeals:
1. Start with a strong introduction (1 of the BIG 4)
2. Use Elaborative Detail (Show, don’t tell)
3. Make sure your ideas are organized and in ORDER!
4. Remember to use POWERFUL WORDS!
5. Don’t forget GRAMMAR, SPELLING, PUNCTUATION!
