Rules: Independent Resellers IR
• IR is required to qualify (Annual fees paid) for commission.
• Resellers’ commissions will be paid on monthly basis. Commission
for sales processed in month 1 will be paid on the 15th of month 3.
This is to account for any possible of the refund due to the moneyback guarantee.
• Reseller need to have AT LEAST 1 personal sale in the last qualifying
period before they can override. Qualifying period at the moment is
12 months.
• If an IR buys a NPQ Biz Portal site for own use ; this 1st purchase
for his/her own business use WILL NOT BE considered as his/her
personal direct sales. This 1st purchase will be considered as the
personal direct sales of the immediate sponsoring team
leader, who will be entitled for the 30% commission on the sale.

Rules: Master Reseller
• Pays upfront for three sites at RM15,000. When sold they will
get back the deposit plus the commission for the sale.
• Takes 5% of all qualified sales in the location assigned,
provided quarterly targets are met.
• If target is not met more than once …… another Master
Reseller could be appointed in which case the 5% will be
allocated proportionately to the sales of their respective
groups
• Expected –to run 2 meetings in a month, one for product
presentation and one for reseller presentation.
• Required to have an admin office
• Responsible for organising training (provided by HQ)
