“Astrology” - “The belief that human events are
determined by the positioning of the stars and
planets at the time of ones birth. Astrologers claim
to be able to interpret the future with mystical
powers of knowledge of the stars, etc.”
Astrology (as we know it), is a product of the
Chaldeans, who are credited in developing the
Zodiac theory.

It has been estimated that about 32,000,000
people take seriously their horoscope.
Isaiah 46:5-10
5. "To whom will you liken Me, and make Me equal
And compare Me, that we should be alike?
6. They lavish gold out of the bag, And weigh silver
on the scales; They hire a goldsmith, and he makes it
a god; They prostrate themselves, yes, they worship.

Degrades God And His Word.
Astrology causes people to trust in the horoscope,
the (Newspaper & Internet) instead of looking to
God’s Word, the (Bible).
II Timothy 3:16-17
16. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is
profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for
instruction in righteousness,
17. that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly
equipped for every good work.

Makes Slaves Of Its Followers.
The approximately 32,000,000 people who
faithfully follow their horoscope become slaves
to its predictions.
Romans 6:16-18
16. Do you not know that to whom you present
yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one's slaves
whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or
of obedience leading to righteousness?
17. But God be thanked that though you were
slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that
form of doctrine to which you were delivered.
18. And having been set free from sin, you became
slaves of righteousness.

Destroys Human Accountability.
What we do, (good or bad) is a product of
the alignment of the cosmos when we were
born, which determined the tendencies of our
character.
Galatians 6:7-9
7. Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for
whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.
8. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap
corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the
Spirit reap everlasting life.

Causes Worship Of The Cosmos.
Astrology forces people to give (credit, honor,
worship) to the “Sun”, “Moon”, “Stars”, and
“Planets” instead of “God.”
Deuteronomy 4:19
19. "And take heed, lest you lift your eyes to heaven,
and when you see the sun, the moon, and the stars,
all the host of heaven, you feel driven to worship
them and serve them, which the LORD your God
has given to all the peoples under the whole heaven
as a heritage.

It Is A Complete Deception.
Astrology, at its best, is only a wild guess (make
up anything), if it finds application in someone’s
life. It is totally by chance.
Daniel 2:10-11
10. The Chaldeans answered the king, and said,
"There is not a man on earth who can tell the king's
matter; therefore no king, lord, or ruler has ever
asked such things of any magician, astrologer, or
Chaldean.
11. "It is a difficult thing that the king requests, and
there is no other who can tell it to the king except
the gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh."
The Bible says, “The heavens declare the glory of
God; And the firmament shows His handiwork
(Psalms 19:1), but they do not guide our spiritual
lives.
We must look to God through His Word to direct
our lives; “Leaning”, “Depending”, & “Trusting”
Him to guide us through this life and into the life
to come.
