 The park was established in 1947, by
Harry S. Truman.
 Marjory Stone Douglas was trying to
save the Everglades.

bottom of the Everglades rivers , lakes ,
and swamps.

 The Everglades has the tiniest bit of sand in
it.

at the bottom of the Everglades.
