• Top of shoulder
• Raises your arm up

• Underneath the
biceps (lower arm)
• Straightens your
arm at the elbow

TRAPEZIUS
• Triangular shape muscle at
the back of shoulders and
neck.
• Rotates the shoulders and
moves the head.

LATISSIMUS DORSI
• Large muscle at the side
and back.
• Pulls your arm down at the
shoulder towards the back.

ABDOMINALS
• Stomach muscles.
• Pulls in your stomach and
helps your bend forward.

QUADRICEPS
Major leg
muscles…allow for
flexion at the knee
