• Amimalia: Animals
•Plantea: Plants
•Fungi: Fungi include mushrooms, mold, and mildew
•Protista: Protists are microscopic organisms that have a nucleus. A nucleus
acts as the control center of a cell.
•Eubacteria or Bacteria: Bacteria are unicellular and do not have a nucleus
•Archaebacteria: Archea are bacteria that can live in extreme environments.
Binomial Nomenclature
•The genus and the species name.
•Usually written in Latin or Greek.
•Rules for writing the Binomial nomenclature :
•The first letter in the genus is Capitialized.
•All of the species name is written in lower case letters.
•When typing the genus and species are in italics.
•When hand written the genus and the species is underline.
