4. Tensile test
Thickness 2.1m / m, width 25m / m of tensile test specimens
Tensile Strength : 893N/mm2, 6% elongation
Tensile Strength : 474N/mm2, 70% elongation (After annealing)
5. The antibacterial activity
0.5ml bacterial solution was dropped into a test piece adjustment, topped with a polyethylene film gamma,
bacterial solution in close contact with the test product, 24 hours after you save 25℃, 10ml SCDLP
fully recovered bacteria in liquid medium to test stock solution, 35℃ 48 hours cultures at a standard agar
dilution method, we measured the number of occurrences of viable bacteria surviving was zero.
(Bacteria use: Escherichia.coil IFO 3972, Staphylococcus.aureu IFO 12732)
6. Fungal resistance test
JISZ2911 fungus resistance test method of the bacteria solution was dropped into a test piece 0.5ml
adjustment, After 4 weeks storage 25℃ , the number of bacteria was measured appeared, there was no
mycelia growth.(Test strains: Asuperugirusunigeru, Penishiriumushitorinamu,Kuradspoliumkuradspoliides,
Ketomiumugurobosumu)
7. Sweat soaking test population
