when tampons are used.
Symptoms – Diarrhea, rash,
headache, vomiting, dizziness,
sudden high fever,

A group
of changes that can affect a
female before her menstrual period.
Some changes – headache,
backache, tenderness of breasts,
bloating feeling, weight gain, quick
mood changes, & depression
Menstrual Cramps
Painful cramps usually caused
by contractions of the uterus.
