How can we join them together?
We have developed a script that makes automatic video-editing.
Which software do we use ?
Avisynth for scripting
Ffmpeg, x264 and mp4box for encoding



Or, you can use Adobe Flash if you want to publish in a web page.

What you need to convert:

The 2 videos: Video.wmv and Slides.wmv

Avisinth (vidéo script editor)
Our MP4 Encoder Script
To use it, just place the two videos in the folder and exec:
 MP4cod.bat

