Associate degree?
Fastest growing occupations require AA/AS
AA/AS degree holders earn more money and have
lower unemployment
Why not have a capstone of achievement for your
time at Cypress College?
Think of your AA as a “pre-major”
Universities give preference to applicants with
AA/AS
AA/AS degree holders more likely to finish BA/BS

Why major in Anthropology?
You can do just about anything with it
With a Bachelors: K-12 teaching, museum
technician, field archaeology, ecotourism guide,
Peace Corps, writer, translator, human resources, etc.
With a Masters: college instructor, research
assistant, curator, zoo technician, law enforcement,
etc.
With Doctorate: university professor, ethnographer,
archaeologist, primate specialist, forensic
anthropologist, linguist, etc.
