Natural Products Expo West:
Products and Trends
Brought to you by:
At the Show
While scouting the aisles of Natural Products Expo West 2013, show
producers New Hope Natural Media identified the following trends:
Wholegrarian Revolution, described as the desire for “real” food rather
than hyper-processed, nutrient-devoid fare.
Transparency in supply chains, manufacturing processes
packaging, as well as business and marketing practices.
and
The Value(s) Brand, or companies that are aligning their brands with
philanthropic missions that benefit the consumer, the industry and the
broader society.
Food Product Design cruised the aisles, too, and sampled until we
couldn’t sample anymore. Click through the Slide Show to see a few of
the trends we found.
