private property with the exception of
religious observance or in the

On private property, fines are $200 for first
offense, $350 any offense after that, up to
180 days community service and license
suspension for 6 months
On public property $500 minimum fine, 180
days of community service, 6 months
suspended license.
Underage Consumption of Alcohol
