information under the Location of LAC field.

Permissible values of 0-28 referring to the 28 days
preceding treatment or in last 28 days of treatment.
“Client declined to answer” is also permissible.

been removed and replaced with this field for greater
clarity. Permissible values are : “No”, “Yes” and “Not
asked”.

YP Referral Sources
For management and reporting purposes, some codes
have been regrouped. Codes 42, 56,52 and 55
(Helpline, Employer (Alcohol Clients only), YP Housing
and Website) are placed in a new grouping of “Other”.
The codes themselves remain in force and with the
same definition as previously.

Technical Identifiers
Client ID, Episode ID, Modality ID and TOP ID are now
compulsory and must not include attributable
information. (These are generated by IT system rather than input by
administrator.)
