
How they work

The human body produce many
different kinds of steroids naturally.
Steroids break down in the
testosterone. When athletes take
steroids they stimulate the muscle
tissue so they will grow larger and
stronger.
What they do

Steroids build masculine traits and
qualities. They help stimulate the
muscle tissue, which then makes them
grow larger and stronger. The drug has
been used by many people including
the likes of Mark McGwire, Ben Johnson
and a lot of Olympic athletes. Steroids
are against most sports rules and drug
policy.
How they can be taken

Steroids can be taken with a needle and
injecting it through the intestine into
the liver, where from there it will flow
all the way through the blood. Steroids
wind up the blood stream, they also
increase the cellular level in your own
body.
How it affects your body

A steroid molecule flowing along the
blood stream must enter the muscle
tissue by diffusion. By then it enters
your muscle tissue and enhances your
muscle and your muscles grows larger
and stronger
