CHS keeps administrative costs low by
choosing not to bill most insurance carriers
CHS can bill the student’s UA bursars

Fee for service – normally lower than in the
community
Campus Care Option – limited to services within
the health center, good choice for students with
indemnity, HMO or PPO plans
Student Health Insurance – eligible UA students,
CHS is primary care provider, offers medical,
mental health, emergency coverage, inpatient and
specialty care
