Clinic doctor Isaev is not strict definition.
This is just the brand under which there are 6
organizations with close interaction, one clinic and
5 Therapeutic communities.
History
• The first of these organizations was opened in 2007. It
was TC " Independence“. Two years later was opened
the clinic “Independence"
• But soon we found that in Russia and Moscow , there
are too much such organizations with the name
"Independence”
• In order not to get lost, two other CЕO persuaded Isaev
to change name of Clinic to “Clinic Dr. Isaev" because of
the three of them he really was a doctor and also a
director
At the moment:
• Our team tried to develop services as better as we can
to corresponds the needs for such large metropolis like
Moscow to make their way broad as possible and
getting as comfortable as possible
• Clinic in the city center, 10 minutes from the Kremlin,
on the subway, another 4 ТС situated in the nearest
Moscow area.
• Total places in all divisions -165
Now, very briefly about each of the six
organizations:
Clinic:
• Works 24 hours 7 days a week
• Detoxication
• Treatment of mental patients
• Aftercare program
• Family groups
• Also in the building clinics runs after care program for
each TCs and co-dependent with relatives (group and
individual)
• The main priorities of detox are the most gentle passage
of withdrawal syndrome, as well as the motivation as
much as we can of patients for a full rehabilitation
course and complete sobriety
TC "Independence"
• For the rehabilitation of
patients with drug
dependence
• Program combined of
Minnesota model and a
typical TC.
• Besides psychologists and
social therapist there are
additional staff like cooker,
driver, nurse & yoga
instructor.
TC "Independence"
• Duration of the program - usually 6 to 9 months and a
minimum of 3 months after care program. The duration
of each program for a particular patient is determined
both by psychological testing, and blood analysis of a
genetic predisposition (risk) to addiction. The higher the
risk, the longer the stay in the program
• Treating includes such tools like Geshtalt -therapy,
Cognitive therapies, 12 -Step Facilitation, Psychodrama,
Family Systems Therapy, Body oriented therapy and
Trance Work.
TC "Support"
• Is very similar to the model of TC
“Independence", but intended
for alcohol-dependent or mixed
addictions (alcohol + drug).
TC "Lift"
• Classic TC for drug
addicts
• There is less support
staff, the cost is
cheaper than staying
in the first two.

• However, according to
many witnesses, the
internal atmosphere
warmer and more
relaxed
• For example according
to this guest
TC "Dual diagnosis"
• combination of Minnesota TC
has some differences from the
rest of the TC –
• constant administration of
pharmacotherapy of varying
intensity,
• much attention is paid to
cognitive therapy especially in
the beginning of the course,
• large proportion of the
elements of psychodrama such
as “play back theater”
TC “Satellite” and
TC “Avangard”
• is located in Voronezh - 500 km
south of Moscow
• Works on the same model as
the "Lift" The youngest of our
department and the cheapest
• "Satellite" is a great
opportunity for us to make our
service more affordable , as
well as extend TC principals
outside the Moscow region
• Our organization is one of the active participants the
discussion of common standards in Russia that’s why
we are interested of experience and expertise of
EWODOR.
• Our future plans to spread diversity of TCs (open new
TC program, for example a center for addicted mothers
and child); open new regions of Russia for TC
philosophy.
