Purpose is to determine the most proper
placement/course of action for client.
Based on the situation, client may be scheduled
for an appointment as early as the following
Wednesday from the call.
ASSESSMENT PERIOD
• Client is signed two staff members.
• Begins and ends with a family and referral party
present.
• Takes from 4-6 individual session.
• Includes:
General Evaluation of Life Problem Areas
Substance Abuse Assessment
Drug Testing
Other Assessments if needed such as BDI
OUTPATIENT COUNSELING
• Counseling may take anywhere from one
time visit to an year.
• Sessions are usually once a week for 45
minutes.
• After 5 to 6 sessions, treatment plan is
evaluated.
• Treatment plans are individually tailored.
SERVICES INCLUDE
• Individual-, Family-, Group-, network
sessions
• Referrals to Drug Testing
• Acupuncture Group
• Assessment by Medical Doctor
• We use solution-based, cognitive,
psychoeducational techniques and
behavioral contracts.
