A SPORTS CITY
Sport puts its own charachteristics on the
townscape. There are not less than 35 sports
halls, 5 minor halls and more than 90 football
grounds in the Municipality of Kolding.
Furthermore there are a lot of specific sports
halls such as Kolding Ketsjer Center, swimming
baths, riding grounds and other sports facilities.
Thanks to the many active sports associations
and clubs in the Municipality of Kolding there is
a big variety of types of sports to choose among
in Kolding.
From January the 1st 2008 the Municipality of
Kolding is announces as a Team Danmark
Elitekommune.
