National Curriculum
Timetable
The new Primary National Curriculum
is statutory for children going into
Year 1, Year 3, Year 4 and Year 5
from September 2014
 Children going into Year 2 and Year 6
will be under the old curriculum for
next year since they are close to the
end of their respective Key Stages


 Levels will go, schools will be able to
develop their own ways of monitoring
progress
 SATs will stay, but there will be no
Level 6 papers at KS2 and no
calculators in maths

