Support Coaching (TILT)

Use the same sensory system as your client
The skills to develop a bond are same as for f2f
Set agreements early
Before responding check the tone, and needs of any
request
Slow down, reread and proof read everything before
sending
Use humour to make and keep contact
Keep the coaching interesting – big picture then specifics
Be creative, use all technologies available – youtube, wikis,
blogs etc
