Nuts, Seeds, Grains (Should not be eaten directly without soaking, sprouting or
fermenting)

Back to Roots
Started to question myself how our
grandparents used to eat food:
Fruits and Vegetables and Nuts
and Seeds
Fermented food daily (natural
probiotic source)
Apple Cider Vinegar
Plenty of water
Grains only if fermented or
sprouted or at least soaked
overnight.
Fasting
How to do fasting:
Intermittent Fasting (Stop eating completely for 12 hours from sleep
time to breakfast time)
Fasting with only Alkaline Diet
Fasting with only Fruits and Vegetables
Fasting with just Juices with no fiber
Complete Fasting with no food giving Digestive
system complete relief (Can eat honey and lemon intermittently in
limited quantities)
