Why these artist were a good
example of Baroque style in my
opinion.
These two artists both
exaggerated motion and clear,
easily interpreted detail.
They both produce drama,
tension, exuberance, and
grandeur from sculpture,
painting, literature, and music.
Their styles both started
around 1600 in Rome, Italy
and spread to most of Europe
Their popularity and success
of the Baroque was
encouraged by the Catholic
Church.
