Daily Practices to Prevent Hardening of the Attitudes
Daily Practice: Kindness
Making the choice to do things that help to make someone’s life
a little easier. Remember to be kind to yourself too!
Discussion Point:
• Each of us can make the choice to be kind
• Acts of kindness connect us to each other
• Being kind, even when someone is rude, is making a choice
to spread good will
• Kindness is a gift everyone can afford to give
“When we feel love and kindness towards each other…it helps us
develop inner happiness and peace.”
