Private housing „Rowan estate” is a
combination of modern architecture with
classic aesthetics. Project involves
implementation of two 5-storey buildings
with a common underground parking.
Buildings are located a considerable
distance from each other, in the extreme
parts of the plot.
Building layout allows for a more intimate
inner space of the common. The
courtyard, carefully decorated with green
space and safe playground.
Floor heating: A characteristic feature of
under floor heating is a heat issue - it is
conveyed to the entire floor surface by
radiation, which prevents hot air in the
upper layers of the room. Heating is
carried out as electrical or water.

Villa Park Estate is located in the southern
part of Lodz, in the immediate vicinity of
one of the attractions of the city –
Stefanski’s ponds.
This very green area of Lodz - with several
parks and forests located in the short
distance east of the estate - is the ideal
place to live for people seeking respite
from the bustle of city life. At the same
time - with easy access to public transport
and convenient road access for motorists
- the location of the estate Villa Park does
