GeniusConnect Demo
GeniusConnect enables synchronization between Outlook folders and
any SQL database with ODBC support.
• Store Mail, Contact, Calendar etc.. in a SQL database
• Share information with other users on your network
• Share information with central database’s (CRM’s, Accounting, etc.)

Configure the Outlook COM Add-in
Load/Import the selected item(s) from the database.
Load/import all records from the database.
Store/export the selected item(s) into the database.
Store/export all items to the database.

Outlook folder (or Exchange folder) can be linked to a database
table(or view):

A data source and a table must be selected to make a link between
an Outlook folder and a database:

The list shows available Outlook fields(depends on Outlook version and
configuration).
Use the third column to map a database column to an Outlook field:

Configuration-Convert
In the case of a data type mismatch, use “Conversion” button to
define a conversion. This example shows Outlook date/time field to
DB characters conversion:

Configuration-Keys
For every Folder configuration at least one primary key must be defined:

license supports only manual Import/Export using toolbar buttons.
