• Don’t forget to complete your reading log
at least 3 nights a week.
***Reading log is due Monday, October 3rd
• Memorization will begin the month of
September. Each student will be required
to memorize the poem “Back to School”.
This will be a G2 grade,
***Memorization will be recited on Thursday
and Friday, September 29th & 30th
Book Report for 1st nine weeks can be any
fiction text of your choice. Have your
child complete the following project and
return to school.
*** Book Report is due by Thursday, October 6th

HOMEWORK:
•Work on addition facts with sums greater than
10 (9+7=16, 5+8=13, etc). While practicing, time
your child so that
they get used to being timed. Their tests on
Fridays are 30 questions and they will
have 3 minutes.

• $12 for BPAC is due THIS WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9.
• Each Tuesday, look for your child’s “Signed Papers” folder. This
will need to be signed and returned on Wednesday’s.

in the office to do so. We are available Tuesday-Friday from
12:15-1:00.

There will not be a set schedule for math homework. Mostly,
students will be bringing home unfinished work from class. If
there will be homework, I will let you know through Remind.
However, students should be studying their add/sub facts
EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!!
