Apollo 13 was the third intended to land on the
Moon!It was launched on April 11 1970 at 13:13!
It was commanded by James A. Lovell with John
L. “Jack” Swigert as Command Module pilot and
Fred W. Hasie as Lunar Module pilot. Swigert
was a late replacement for the original CM pilot
Ken Mattingly, who was grounded by the flight
surgeon after exposure to German Measles.
There are 8 planets in our solar system.
 They are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars,
Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune.
 I have a way to remember the planets it
goes like this: My very educated mother
just served us nine pizzas our teacher
taught us that.


There are some Constellations such as
the Big Dipper, the Little Bear, the Big
Bear, Orion, Virgo, Gemini and Capricorn
but there are so many more!


The Solar System consists of the sun and
it’s planetary system of eight planets and
their moons.
 Pluto is not counted as a planet because it
is so small it is a dwarf planet.
 The Solar System was formed 4.6 billion
years ago that was a very long time ago!!!

